Bilingual Account Coordinator

Location: Remote – Brazil

Work Schedule: 8am - 5pm California Time (PST/PDT)

MasterPro Installs is a California-based company specialized in appliance installations, working with a large U. S. appliance retailer. We are looking for a Bilingual Account Coordinator to support our operations and act as a key point of contact between customers, sales teams, and internal stakeholders.

This role requires someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable handling complex situations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer scheduling and appointments.
• Communicate directly with sales teams to confirm whether appliances will fit and meet installation requirements.
• Handle escalated customers and complex service issues, providing clear communication and effective solutions.
• Act as a problem solver, identifying issues quickly and driving them to resolution.
• Manage day-to-day operational needs related to a major retail account.
• Ensure accuracy, follow-ups, and high service standards across all interactions.
• Support additional administrative demands as needed.

Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory) – daily communication in English is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage pressure.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
• Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple priorities.

Work Model

• Remote – PJ model.
• Full-time role aligned with California working hours.
