ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Network Specialist will be responsible for supporting the growth of SHEIN in Guarulhos warehouse operations, delivering high tech solutions to daily challenges on logistics operations. You will be part of the Enterprise IT team, working with a team crucial to support SHEIN success in Brazil.
This role will be based on-site on our operations in Guarulhos.
Responsabilities:
- Provide support and perform troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, and WLAN networks.
- Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki and Aruba network devices.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of Access Points, switches, and communication links. Perform network connectivity and performance testing.
- Prepare technical reports and configuration documentation.
- Interact with regional teams.
Requirements:
- Education in Computer Networks, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki Dashboard and Aruba Central.
- Experience configuring Access Points, VLANs, DHCP, NAT, VPN, and LAN/WAN topologies.
- Cisco (CCNA) or Aruba (ACMA/ACMP) certifications.
- Previous experience in multisite environments and expansion projects.
- Advanced English.
