Gold & Aron Conseil is an executive search company. We are recruiting a Head of Finance on behalf of our client, a very early stage SAAS firm (backed by a larger start-up)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all finance related activities, from accounting, FP&A, cash flow management, budgeting and other strategic activities.
- You will have direct day-to-day interaction and report to the C-level team/Founders.
Ideal Candidate:
- 10-15 yrs of total experience (Mostly in finance)
- Strong well rounded finance professional with experience in accounting, FP&A, compliance, reporting, treasury, modeling, budgeting, international operations (including inter-company & cross border financial operations, cash flow management, compliance across jurisdictions). You will also support international expansion. Corporate finance activities experience (M&A, capital raise) is a plus but not a must.
- Extremely hands-on (including building spreadsheets, modeling directly).
- Prior experience in early stage tech start-ups and high growth environments is a must. (fintech, SAAS is a plus)
- Excellent English is a must and strong communication skills.
- Prior international experience (for example in the US) is strongly preferred.
- Prior entrepreneurial experience is a strong plus.
- Bachelor in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or Engineering in a top rated university. MBA is a plus.
- Location: Sao Paulo (hybrid work environment).
