Running a company is a little like building a plane while flying it. There's always too much to do; doing one thing means neglecting something else. You have to blog but also be active on social media. You have to build websites and then optimize them for mobile. Email lists. Emails. Keywords. SEM. SEO. UX. UI. FML. OMG. That's where we come in. Key Responsibilities
Create visually appealing designs for various platforms, including digital, print, social media, and branding.
Use AI tools and design software to streamline the design process, generate ideas, and automate repetitive tasks, ensuring fresh and innovative results.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, content, etc.) to deliver high-quality design solutions that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
Work on design projects from start to finish, ensuring designs are on-brand, on-time, and meet all requirements.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and AI technologies to keep your work innovative and relevant.
Edit and optimize designs for various media, ensuring the best quality and user experience across devices.
Qualifications
Strong experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing your skills in visual design, creativity, and problem-solving.
Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft programs (PowerPoint and Word)
Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Nanobanana, Midjourney, Firefly, Freepik AI, etc.) and an eagerness to explore new AI technologies.
Understanding of digital design principles for social media, websites, and other online platforms.
Understanding of small-scale and large-scale print materials (such as business cards, flyers, menus, conference collateral, merchandise, banners, backdrops, etc.)
Ability to work efficiently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple design projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
A working level of written and spoken English
Our operating hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST, Monday to Friday.
