The headquarter of IA Group is located in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with a staff of approximately 60, mainly foreign specialized lawyers and legal advisers.
Job Description:
At this moment, we are looking for a Case and Office Administrative Assistant for our Brazilian office.
You will be responsible for:
1. Input and maintain case information.
2. Translate simple documents between Chinese and English.
3. Handle company document processing, including printing, photocopying, sending and receiving express deliveries and manage office administrative tasks (trip booking, hotel booking).
4. Coordinate and arrange meeting schedule.
5. Contact relevant domestic and international agencies to inquire about import-export trade information.
Requirements:
1. Hold at least a bachelor’s degree, preferably in office administration, English or International Trade, with three years or more of relevant work experience.
2. Chinese speaker possessing intermediate English and basic Portuguese language skills, both oral and written, enabling smooth communication in English and Portuguese.
3. Capable of adjusting work pace flexibly and demonstrate multi-tasking abilities.
4. Be detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
5. Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
6. Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.
