Founded by a former auto technician who grew up in his dad's shop, we understand what keeps bays full and owners stress-free. We're growing fast — and we're looking for a Senior Google Ads Manager to help us scale paid search results for shop owners who deserve better marketing.
What You'll Do
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Search Ad campaigns focused on phone calls, form submissions, and in-person visits.
- Conduct detailed keyword and intent research for each client's services, vehicle types, and local markets.
- Write clear, compelling ad copy and apply call and location extensions to maximize lead quality.
- Build and maintain landing pages in Go High Level using proven agency templates, ensuring strong ad-to-page alignment.
- Set up, test, and maintain conversion tracking through Go High Level and WhatConverts to ensure data accuracy and proper reporting back to Google.
- Monitor campaigns daily to optimize bids, budgets, and targeting for maximum ROI and low cost-per-lead (CPL).
- Review call recordings and lead data to evaluate lead quality and improve audience targeting.
- Collaborate closely with our internal team (Account Management, Web, and Automations) to align campaigns with each shop's goals and capacity.
- Provide clear, actionable weekly updates using Google Ads and WhatConverts data — no dashboards, no nonsense, just real numbers that drive decisions.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have 5+ years of hands-on experience running Google Search campaigns for local or service-based businesses.
- Know how to turn ad spend into phone calls and booked appointments, not just clicks.
- Understand ad-to-landing-page alignment and basic conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Can confidently set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking between Google Ads, Go High Level, and WhatConverts.
- Have a background or passion for the automotive industry — whether you've worked as a service advisor, technician, ads manager for an auto brand, or just love working on your own car.
- Communicate clearly, think strategically, and take full ownership of your performance.
- Appreciate a no B.S., results-driven work culture that values honesty, initiative, and accountability.

Compensation
$1,500–$2,500 USD per month, depending on experience and proven performance.
Performance bonuses and raises are available based on lead quality, efficiency, and client growth.
