Senior Backend Developer (5–10 Years)

We are aiming to immediately hire a senior UI/UX designer with 5-10 years experience.

Company

Founded in 2024, Norric is a software company building an AI-native platform for private markets. We are headquartered in New York. We develop products for global institutional clients, including JP Morgan Asset Management and various Sovereign Wealth Funds.

Role

- Design and enhance UI/UX for new products
- Apply and manage website and brand design systems

Qualifications

- Experience designing UI/UX for fintech or financial platforms (preferred, not required)
- 5–10 years of hands-on UI/UX design experience
- Strong proficiency in Figma as the primary design tool, with experience using Adobe and other supporting tools, as well as exposure to modern design technologies

- Ability to make technical trade-off decisions across speed, accuracy, and cost
