LG Electronics LATAM is looking for a Tax Manager to join our legal team, focusing on tax litigation and strategic tax matters. We seek a professional with solid technical expertise, business insight, and alignment with LG's corporate values.

Location: São Paulo (100% on-site)

Responsibilities

· Manage tax litigation cases (CIT, IPI, and ICMS) from administrative to judicial stages;

· Perform technical and strategic tax analyses, proposing solutions and reporting to leadership;

· Manage CND renewal processes, ensuring compliance with tax obligations;

· Monitor tax trends and rulings (STJ, STF, Tax Reform), identifying opportunities and mitigating risks;

· Share cases andbest practices with internal legal teams and external partners.

Requirements

· Law degree and active OAB registration;

· Minimum 5 yearsof experience in tax law with a focus on litigation.

· Proven experience leading tax litigation cases (CIT, IPI, ICMS);

· Experience managing CND processes and working with external law firms;

· Analytical skills and autonomy to solve tax issues;

· Fluent English (mandatory);

· Certification or specialization in Tax Law is a plus.

Desired Knowledge

· Strong knowledge of CIT (including Manaus ZFM), TP, ICMS, PIS/COFINS, IPI, and II;

· Knowledge of tax planning and compliance is a plus.
