Descrição da Função

O(a) profissional será responsável por projetar, desenvolver e implantar soluções robustas de Machine Learning e IA Generativa aplicadas a desafios de negócio. Isso inclui a criação e otimização de pipelines de dados e modelos, integração fluida com APIs e sistemas corporativos, e a automação de fluxos inteligentes utilizando frameworks modernos de orquestração.

Responsabilidades Chave

- Desenvolvimento de Soluções de IA: Projetar e implantar soluções de IA/ML, com foco em modelos generativos (LLMs).

- Orquestração e Agentes: Implementar e otimizar workflows complexos utilizando frameworks como LangChain e LangGraph para orquestração de agentes e modelos.

- Pipeline de Dados e Modelos: Construir e manter pipelines de dados eficientes para ingestão, pré-processamento, treinamento e deploy de modelos.

- Integração e Escalabilidade: Integrar modelos de IA a APIs, microsserviços e sistemas corporativos, garantindo a entrega de soluções escaláveis e performáticas.

- Colaboração Estratégica: Colaborar ativamente com áreas de negócio (marketing, vendas, operações) para identificar e capitalizar oportunidades de inovação com IA.

- Qualidade e Ética: Garantir segurança, compliance e as melhores práticas éticas em todas as soluções de IA desenvolvidas.

- Otimização de LLMs: Aplicar técnicas avançadas de prompt engineering e fine-tuning para maximizar o desempenho dos LLMs.

- Monitoramento: Monitorar e otimizar modelos em produção quanto à precisão, latência e custo.

- Documentação: Documentar arquiteturas, fluxos de trabalho e melhores práticas para promover reuso e padronização.

Requisitos Técnicos (Obrigatórios)

- Linguagem e Processamento de Dados: Domínio de SQL e ferramentas de processamento de dados como PySpark e Pandas.

- Plataformas Cloud: Experiência prática em plataformas de nuvem (Azure, AWS ou GCP) e seus respectivos serviços de IA/ML.

- ML/Data Platform: Familiaridade com Databricks ou plataformas equivalentes de dados e Machine Learning.

- Integração: Conhecimento sólido em integração de APIs (REST, GraphQL).

Diferenciais Desejáveis

- Experiência comprovada com LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph ou arquitetura de orquestração multiagente.

- Conhecimento e vivência em arquitetura de MLOps e deploy de modelos em ambientes de produção.

- Experiência com ferramentas de observabilidade de IA (ex: MLflow, Weights & Biases).

- Inglês técnico para leitura e documentação.

Nível de Experiência e Formação

- Formação: Superior completa em Ciência da Computação, Engenharia, Sistemas de Informação ou áreas afins.

- Experiência: Mínimo de 3 anos de vivência profissional (perfil Pleno+).
