We are hiring for a global leader in energy metering and efficiency management, with innovative products used in 70+ countries.

We are seeking a Sales Manager to spearhead growth in Brazil and expand our presence across South America.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious targets.
- Identify and secure new customers, exploring opportunities for new product projects.
- Collaborate with R&D teams to support new product development and address technical/commercial issues.
- Prepare technical documents for bidding and tendering.
- Monitor competitors and ensure marketing strategies remain competitive.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience and network in power AMI, distribution products, water/gas meters, or communication modules.
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages are a plus).
- Results-driven with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willing to travel frequently for business within Brazil and overseas.
