Job Information
The company is looking for a Senior AI Engineer who can architect, build, and optimize production-grade machine learning systems. Someone who understands the full lifecycle—from research and prototyping to scalable deployment—and is comfortable working with LLMs, multi-agent systems, vector search, and complex data pipelines.
This is a hands-on role for an engineer who loves solving hard problems, designing elegant systems, and pushing the boundaries of applied AI.
Key Responsibilities
Build, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale machine learning and LLM-based systems
Develop agentic workflows, tool integrations, and memory architectures
Design high-performance pipelines for training, inference, and data processing
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to ship reliable AI features
Evaluate new models, frameworks, and techniques to drive innovation
Implement robust testing, monitoring, and observability across ML systems
Optimize performance, latency, and cost across production workloads
What You Bring
Strong software engineering fundamentals (Python required;
bonus for Go, Rust, or Typescript)
Deep experience with LLMs, model fine-tuning, embeddings, RAG, or compute-aware optimization
Experience building scalable ML or distributed systems in a cloud environment
Familiarity with vector databases, orchestration frameworks, and inference optimization
Ability to translate ambiguous technical problems into structured, well-designed solutions
Curiosity, ownership, and a product mindset
Bonus Points
Experience with agentic architectures, RL, or memory-augmented models
Experience building internal ML platforms or developer tools
Contributions to open-source AI frameworks
