Job Description: We are looking for a Process Specialist to join our team. This professional will play a strategic role in analyzing indicators, identifying improvement opportunities, and leading initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and operational efficiency. They will work directly on continuous improvement projects, optimization of high-value inputs, technical support to production areas, and implementation of new technologies, contributing to the evolution of industrial processes and overall plant performance. Responsibilities: - Analyze process indicators and identify improvement opportunities focused on productivity, quality, and operational efficiency; - Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects within the pulp and paper production processes; - • Study, propose, and implement solutions to improve efficiency in the use of high-value inputs, such as water, natural gas, and electricity; - Support supplier development and the implementation of new technologies applied to industrial processes; - Provide technical support to the Production area in solving complex issues related to the production process; - Collaborate with the Project Engineering team in the implementation of improvements and innovations in plant processes. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; - Experience in industrial processes, preferably in the pulp and paper sector; - Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.); - Analytical, proactive profile with strong teamwork skills in multidisciplinary environments; Other Requirements: - Experience with energy efficiency, sustainability projects, or reduction of natural resource consumption; - Previous experience in bleaching, drying, refining, or pulp preparation processes; - Familiarity with automation and industrial process control systems; Differentials: - Advanced English.
