📍 Preferencialmente em São Paulo (SP) ou Belo Horizonte (MG)

CLT: R$ 18.000 – R$ 23.000 + benefícios

PJ: R$ 20.000 – R$ 26.000

Estamos buscando uma pessoa Tech Lead de Data Scientist para liderar iniciativas estratégicas de ciência de dados, garantindo qualidade, escalabilidade e impacto real no negócio. Se você combina profundidade técnica, visão analítica e habilidade de guiar times em soluções de alto nível, essa vaga é para você

O que você irá fazer:

Liderar tecnicamente o time de Data Science, definindo padrões, boas práticas e frameworks de modelagem;

Projetar, desenvolver e implementar modelos de Machine Learning (recomendação, precificação e previsão de demanda);

Apoiar a produtização e o deploy de modelos em ambiente cloud (AWS);

Realizar análises exploratórias, identificar padrões e variáveis relevantes;

Revisar pipelines, otimizar performance e garantir a melhoria contínua dos modelos;

Traduzir insights técnicos para stakeholders de negócio e tecnologia;

Contribuir para o avanço das práticas de MLOps e apoiar a priorização técnica do time.

Must have:

Experiência sólida com desenvolvimento e implementação de modelos de Machine Learning;

Proficiência em Python e bibliotecas como Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow ou PyTorch;

Experiência com pipelines de dados em larga escala e integração com ambientes cloud (preferencialmente AWS);

Vivência com modelos de recomendação, precificação ou previsão de demanda;

Experiência com manipulação, transformação e qualidade de dados;

Capacidade analítica e comunicação eficaz com times multidisciplinares.

Nice to have:

Experiência com MLOps e automação de deploy de modelos;

Conhecimento em Spark / PySpark;

Experiência com versionamento e experiment tracking (Git, MLflow, DVC, etc.);

Experiência em liderança técnica de times de Data Science.
