Technical Project Manager (Tecnologia & Infraestrutura)

Principais responsabilidades

- Liderar projetos de infraestrutura de TI e/ou migrações de ponta a ponta:
- assessment, planejamento, execução, documentação e encerramento.
- Coordenar stakeholders técnicos e de negócio em diferentes regiões.
- Acompanhar riscos, dependências e definir planos de mitigação.
- Garantir a correta execução de iniciativas de Disaster Recovery (DR) e Continuidade de Negócios.
- Reportar status, indicadores e avanços dos projetos para os times regionais.

Requisitos obrigatórios (Must-Have)

Gestão de Projetos

- Experiência comprovada na liderança de projetos de infraestrutura de TI ou migrações.

Base técnica sólida, incluindo:

- Migrações de bancos de dados, especialmente MS SQL / SQL Server.
- Infraestrutura core: DNS / DHCP / IPAM (experiência com Infoblox é um diferencial).
- Ciclo de vida de sistemas operacionais (Linux e Windows).
- Conhecimento em Disaster Recovery (DR) e Business Continuity.

Idiomas

- Inglês avançado (oral e escrito).
- Espanhol altamente desejável devido à interação com o México.

Disponibilidade

- Disponibilidade para atuar em horário comercial dos EUA.
- Modelo de trabalho 100% remoto.

Requisitos desejáveis (Nice-to-Have)

- Experiência prévia em bancos ou serviços financeiros.
- Conhecimento em ferramentas de MFT (Control-M, GoAnywhere, IBM Sterling, entre outras).
- Certificações PMP, Prince2 ou Agile/Scrum.
