Working with us isn't just a job — it's a Lifetime Experience. #welcometoyourfuture What you'll need to have - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Linux systems administration. - Solid experience with Linux clustering, automation tools, and infrastructure orchestration. - Experience with VMware administration and Storage Server management. - Knowledge of networking topologies and infrastructure services. - Team-oriented mindset, with adaptability and initiative in dynamic environments. - English proficiency (minimum B2 level, speaking). - Availability to relocate and live in Portugal with our support; Also good to have: - Exposure to mission-critical Linux environments supporting international operations. - Track record of high collaboration with Security, Networking, and Business teams. - Certifications related to Linux, VMware, or cloud platforms. We expect from you - Will to exceed expectations (your own and the ones defined by Affinity); - Exceptional skills and the will to acquire more; - Good people skills (not just in terms of technology, language, and platforms), team spirit, and pleasant disposition; - Autonomy, proactivity, and focus (even under pressure); - Obsession for doing things right, and ability to prioritize; - Versatility (you can be a fan of BYOD or not); - Ability to innovate and evolve in a market in constant mutation.
