Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role with the first 6 months being in China . The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for developing, curating, and managing high-quality content for various social media platforms. Key tasks include creating engaging posts, writing captions, responding to audience interactions, analyzing engagement metrics, and developing strategies to grow the brand's online presence. Collaboration with marketing and creative teams to align content with overall brand goals is an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in social media content creation, including writing, editing, and delivering creative content.
- Experience with developing content strategies, as well as analyzing audience engagement and performance metrics.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends, including familiarity with digital marketing practices.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—with attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field preferred.
- Comfortable being live on camera on apps like TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, etc.
- Proven social media management experience
- English proficiency is a must. (Portuguese, French, and Spanish are a plus.)
