About the Role

Vammo is hiring an experienced executive to lead our Fleet and Asset Strategy organization. You’ll own the systems and processes that keep Vammo’s fleet of electric motorcycles and batteries active, secure, and performing at their best.

Reporting directly to the founders, you’ll oversee teams responsible for the strategy of our asset activation, management, tracking, and footprint optimization - ensuring every vehicle and battery is accounted for, operational, and delivering maximum uptime. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Maintenance, Charging, Software, and Hardware teams. You will jump into a true startup;
your role will be to build a team, construct processes, develop broad collaboration, and ensure that the company can achieve its growth goals. You will be based in São Paulo.

Key Responsibilities

- Build, develop, and lead a high-performing team.
- Define and monitor OKRs and KPIs, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Oversee vehicle activation, management, tracking, and recovery operations.
- Supervise vehicle homologation, registration, and licensing processes.
- Ensure accurate and reliable inventory control (motorcycles, batteries, and spare parts).
- Optimize facilities and operational sites, contributing to the company’s footprint strategy.
- Drive downtime reduction and improved asset utilization.

Requirements

- 8–12 years of professional experience in operations, logistics, fleet, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of business practices in Brazil and Latin America.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams and defining organizational strategies.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and influencing abilities.
- Background in startups, OEMs, mobility, logistics, or energy companies is a plus.
- Availability to travel (Brazil and Asia).
- Fluency in English and Portuguese (Spanish or Mandarin are a plus).
