Are you a strategic HR professional ready to shape the people operations of a fast-growing casino and betting operator?

Our client, a leading international gaming company with a strong presence in Africa and expanding into Latin America, is seeking an HR Manager to lead their HR function in João Pessoa. This is a pivotal role supporting both retail betting shops and online operations, ensuring the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent across all areas of the business.

What You'll Do

- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and practices aligned with business goals across retail and online teams.
- Lead full employee lifecycle management: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and employee engagement.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on HR matters, fostering a high-performing and compliant work environment.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and international HR standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify talent needs, succession planning, and workforce development initiatives.
- Promote a strong company culture that aligns with organizational values across retail and online operations.

What You'll Bring

- Proven experience as an HR Manager or senior HR professional, ideally in casino, betting, or hospitality environments.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience supporting a multicultural and geographically distributed team.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance business needs and employee satisfaction.
