In this role you will: (responsibilities)A Software Quality Analyst (QA) with a collaborative and agility-oriented profile, capable of working in short validation cycles, ensuring the quality of patches, releases, and continuous deliveries. The professional will be responsible for testing, automating, and validating bug fixes, improvements, and new implementations, with a focus on reliability, speed, and test coverage. Responsibilities and Duties: Plan, execute, and automate functional, exploratory, and regression tests, ensuring the quality of deliveries; Validate bug fixes applied by the development and support team, ensuring no regressions; Create, maintain, and update test cases and scenarios in tools such as q Test and Zephyr; Develop and maintain test plans and coverage strategies for bug fixes and issues; Perform API, performance, security, and database tests, as needed for the incident. Report defects with technical clarity, proposing hypotheses and collaborating with developers on reproducibility. Monitor quality metrics and regression indicators, contributing to preventive actions. Technical Skills: Solid knowledge of software quality, QA methodologies, and best practices. Experience with test management tools (q Test, Zephyr, Jira, Test Rail, etc.). Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing (UI, API, and regression). Knowledge of SQL for data validation and integrations. Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and integration with Dev Ops pipelines. Knowledge of performance testing (JMeter, Gatling, k6, or equivalent). Experience with exploratory testing and risk-based coverage techniques; Knowledge of security testing and validation of REST APIs. Advantages: Previous experience in support environments or bug fix teams; Experience with Data Dog, New Relic, or observability tools for impact analysis; Knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright for front-end automation; Familiarity with Postman or Insomnia for API test automation; Experience with OKR monitoring and continuous quality metrics.
