Airswift is seeking a Quality Manager to work on a permanent contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES   Responsible for managing the control and assurance of Quality in projects. Contributes to a positive culture of HSSEQ, Ethics and Integrity in the project. Implements the Quality policies and plan in the projects. Manages the quality team allocated to the project. In the project reports directly to the Project Manager/Director. Answers to the client for project quality issues. Reports weekly and monthly project Quality results. Manages the project's key indicators (KPIs), reporting to the Project Director/Manager and the client, deviations from KPIs, as well as remedial actions and to avoid recurrence. Implements actions to improve the quality management of the project. Reports significant deviations and participates in investigations related to them. Assists the project cost controller to find the root cause of the significant deviations to be reported in the project finance system.  Registers these deviations in the Synergi system. Tracks and reports on the results of internal and external audits on the project JOB QUALIFICATIONS   Bachelor's degree in Engineering or correlative areas. Advanced to fluent English. Experience in team management. Desirable to be qualified as Auditor Leader. Extensive work experience in the Oil & Gas Industry, having held a Senior Quality position.
