Overview: As a clinical research project leader, your mission is to ensure the successful delivery of projects from planning to execution. Develop and implement strategies to manage resources, timelines, and quality standards; Lead and coordinate project teams to achieve goals; Plan and monitor the evolution of projects, ensuring that all actions follow international and national guidelines for excellence in execution and management; Engage key opinion leaders through visits, meetings, and communication; Identify new opportunities for regulatory solutions and recruit new research centers; Manage regulatory submissions with country experts and plan feasibility studies; Requirements: Healthcare professionals with experience in project management and advanced English skills are required. A minimum of 3 years of experience in clinical research project management is preferred. Background: Business administration, engineering, or healthcare backgrounds are desirable. Desirable post-graduation in health area or related fields is an asset. Language: Advanced English language skills are essential.
