About the Role The Strategy, Planning & Analytics team is responsible for defining and executing strategies that address key business challenges, improve performance, and support long-term growth. What You'll Do: Lead strategic planning, define objectives, and manage KPIs aligned with company vision. Analyze market and operational data to generate insights and identify opportunities. Monitor performance through dashboards and reports, communicating results to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and execution of strategic initiatives. Drive process improvements and manage strategic projects end-to-end. What We're Looking For: Proven experience in strategic planning, analytics, or business strategy roles. Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, visualization, and financial modeling. Excellent communication and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Solid understanding of performance management, process improvement, and project management. Fluency in English and availability to work on-site in São Paulo.
