A Iron Mountain está em busca de um motivado Operador de Centro de Documentação para se juntar à nossa equipe de Operações em Betim, Minas Gerais. Neste cargo, você será responsável por garantir a organização, triagem e o processamento eficiente de documentos e arquivos físicos, assegurando a integridade e o fluxo correto das informações sob nossa custódia. Você fará parte de uma equipe operacional dinâmica, focada em entregar excelência e segurança no gerenciamento de ativos de dados para nossos clientes. RESPONSABILIDADES Nesta função, você irá: Executar a triagem, indexação e arquivamento de documentos físicos, garantindo a precisão dos dados inseridos no sistema e o cumprimento dos prazos de entrega acordados com os clientes.Colaborar com as equipes de logística e atendimento ao cliente para localizar e disponibilizar documentos solicitados, otimizando o fluxo de retirada e devolução de arquivos. Garantir a conformidade com os padrões de segurança e políticas de confidencialidade da Iron Mountain, mantendo o ambiente de trabalho organizado e seguro. REQUISITOS Experiência prévia em rotinas operacionais, logística ou gestão de arquivos e centros de documentação. Conhecimento básico em ferramentas de informática e sistemas de gestão de estoque ou documentos.Habilidade comprovada em organização de processos e atenção aos detalhes para manuseio de grandes volumes de informações.
