Então venha fazer parte do time de UPXers para nos ajudar com a nossa missão: transformar a internet em um ambiente mais seguro para empresas e pessoasCom forte comprometimento, inovação e de forma dinâmica você será responsável por:Realizar o suporte técnico aos clientes;Interagir com NOC de outras operadoras e de fornecedores;Assegurar a performance do backbone e seus componentes, como: dispositivos de rede, links e protocolos de roteamento;Atuar em resposta a incidentes de rede e ataques DDo S.Requisitos:Experiência em redes de computadores;Excelente capacidade de comunicação e atendimento (escrita, verbal e apresentação) em português;Experiência com suporte técnico à clientes.Experiência em BGP (Border Gateway Protocol).Desejável:Excelente capacidade de comunicação e atendimento (escrita, verbal e apresentação) na língua inglesa;Vivência com OKR, KPI - perfil orientado a dados e resultados;Familiaridade com sistemas operacional Linux;Certificações: CCNA | JNCIA Junos (ou equivalente). Sobre a UPX:A UPX está há duas décadas no mercado, é referência em mitigação de ataques DDo S, e destaque no monitoramento, identificação, tratamento, prevenção de incidentes e entrega de conteúdo (CDN e Streaming) com elevado desempenho.
