HR Business Partner – Manufacturing Coordinator/Supervisor Level Location: Cotia – SP, Brazil Department: Human Resources Reports to: HR Manager Position Overview We are seeking a HR Business Partner to strategically support the Manufacturing areas, ensuring alignment between Human Resources practices and industrial business needs. This role is essential to strengthening operational leadership, driving performance, supporting organizational transformations, and ensuring a safe, productive, and engaged work environment. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to Manufacturing and Operations leadership, supporting people-related decisions aligned with business objectives; Support leaders in the development of operational teams, supervisors, and coordinators, with a focus on performance, operational discipline, and engagement; Lead performance management processes, including feedback, evaluations, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs); Support training and development initiatives, including technical training, behavioral development, and industrial leadership development; Lead and support Recruitment and Selection processes, partnering with leaders to define profiles, prioritize vacancies, and support hiring decisions aligned with business needs; Support internal mobility processes, succession planning, promotions, and operational talent management; Analyze HR indicators (turnover, absenteeism, overtime, headcount, engagement, safety, etc.) and propose action plans; Lead and support change management processes, organizational restructures, and process improvement initiatives; Ensure consistent application of HR policies within the manufacturing environment; Support culture, organizational climate, and employee experience initiatives in an industrial context; Support industrial teams in managing internal conflicts. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields; Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus; Solid experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist in industrial or manufacturing environments; 5 to 7 years of experience in the area; Strong experience working with operational leadership and shop floor environments; Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills across different organizational levels; Analytical profile with the ability to work with HR metrics and data; Experience with ADP, SAP (Success Factors), and/or HCM systems; Advanced Excel skills; Advanced or fluent English; Spanish is a plus. Preferred Qualifications Experience in multinational companies; Experience with Power BI; Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools and applications; Experience in highly complex industrial environments and matrix structures; Participation in continuous improvement projects (Lean, Six Sigma, or organizational transformation); Experience in environments undergoing change, expansion, or manufacturing restructuring.
