We’re looking for a highly driven Sales Executive with a hunter mindset to help us expand our presence in the Brazilian fintech and payments ecosystem. You’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and converting new business opportunities with PSPs, exchanges, neobanks, and digital businesses operating across Web3, crypto payments, and cross-border flows.This role requires a mix of commercial acumen, technical curiosity, and the ability to communicate complex value propositions in simple, impactful ways.. It’s ideal for a proactive, results-oriented professional eager to work in a fast-scaling, international fintech environment.Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new business opportunities in the fintech, payments, and crypto sectors. Qualify leads, run product demos, and manage the end-to-end sales cycle until closing. Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to design tailored proposals. Maintain structured reporting in the CRM and provide regular updates on pipeline status. Contribute to the development of commercial materials and go-to-market initiatives.
