Our staff turnover is non-existent because we empower our people to do their best work and offer excellent avenues of career progression.If you want to join a small, but growing company where your talent and hard work will make a real difference then this role is for you.The requirements of the role are:You must have experience with the Solus VM Virtualisation platform.You must have some experience with Openstack.You must have an understanding of the hosting industry, virtualisation and dedicated servers.You must have experience with WHMCS and KVMYou should have a firm understanding of both Linux and WindowsYou are able to quickly and efficiently handle hosting related issues and debugging.You must have a reliable high speed internet connection.Excellent written EnglishThe core responsibilities of your role are:Inbound Level 2 Support (Live Chat and Tickets)VPS & Dedicated Server SupportHandle Migrations/TransfersHelp Level 1 Support team with their escalationsYou must be an independent thinker and willing to take ownership of your role. We will provide the training and autonomy needed for you to thrive and grow with us.This role is 100% remote with all communication conducted.PLEASE NOTE THIS A FULL TIME ROLE - we want our people to be 100% dedicated to us.
