WHY JOIN US  If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you ABOUT THE ROLE As a Middle/Senior Full Stack Developer , you’ll drive the evolution of internal systems that power candidate acquisition and employee development, ensuring seamless integrations with platforms like Workday and iCIMS. Your work will enhance scalability, security, and user experience across key Employee Lifecycle Applications, directly impacting both HR teams and employees. This role combines technical challenge with professional growth in a supportive, collaborative culture that values innovation and continuous learning. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Enhance and modernize applications to improve scalability, security, and user experience; - Maintain and improve key Employee Lifecycle Applications, including Indeed Feedback, Palpatine, Skywalker, Compensation Offer Generator (COG), Demographic Data Collection, and Hindsight; - Strengthen integrations with Workday and iCIMS to support the candidate and employee lifecycle. MUST HAVES - 3+ years of experience with Python/Django, Typescript/React & Java/Spring Boot; - Good JIRA practices and strong documentation experience; - Good verbal and writing English skills to effectively communicate with the internal team; - Strong testing and bug resolution abilities; - Independent thinker and self-starter.
