Human Resources Analyst

Description :As a Human Resources Supervisor, you will be a key HR leader in our new facility. As an HR leader, you will execute recruitment and selection, employee relations, work life balance improvement projects, maximize partner morale, wage and benefit changes, safety improvements, training and development, labor/union relations, policy administration, and regulatory compliance related to employment. The Human Resources Supervisor will be part of a larger Human Resources & Operations team, who collaborate to meet business objectives. Role & Responsibilities: Recruit, hire and onboard new hires Represent Human Resources in cross-functional plant projects to ensure operations needs are met Administer policies and make recommendations on procedural or policy improvement opportunities Performance management Partner (employee) relations Administer internal job transfers through all internal systems and local regulations Execute and develop partner training training programs HR process improvement Collaborate with the HR leadership to lead partners and collaborate with the Operations and Commercial teams effectively Work with the HR Team Leader to implement staffing and work force planning initiatives Communicate HR policies, compensation, benefits, and other HR initiatives to partners Collaborate with HR and Operations leadership teams in order to improve standard policies, processes, and the overall partner experience Maintain partner and position information in HR Systems including Workday Keep abreast of local regulatory and compliance changes and communicate to leadership Key Ingredients: Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources or related field 3+ years of experience in human resources is preferred Labor relations experience preferred Technical expertise in human resources practices and procedures Strong presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations in an engaging manner Ability to work both independently and as a part of a larger team Demonstrated ability to service customers Ability to solve problems Well-developed analytical skills Forward thinking Ability to evaluate the financial impact of various HR & labor practices Ability to navigate Microsoft Office & aptitude to become an expert in Workday and other internal software systems Demonstrated knowledge in local labor laws and regulations Schreiber Foods is an Equal Opportunity Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin and will not be discriminated against on the basis of disability.
