The Company: This opportunity is with a global turnkey platform provider in the sportsbook and iGaming industry, offering end-to-end technology solutions that enable operators to launch and manage their own betting and gaming brands. The Role: The Office Manager plays a key role in establishing the client's presence in São Paulo. Since the client does not yet have an office, you will be responsible for identifying and securing a suitable location, managing the setup of the office infrastructure, and ensuring it meets operational and brand standards. You will guide the client through every step of the process, from location selection and vendor management to hiring local staff and overseeing day-to-day operations once the office is operational. Main Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and secure an office location that meets operational and brand requirements. Coordinate with vendors for office setup, including furniture, IT infrastructure, and other operational necessities. Develop office processes, policies, and procedures to ensure smooth daily operations. Recruit, onboard, and support local office staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Manage office budgets, expenses, and contracts efficiently. Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external service providers. Ensure compliance with local laws, health, and safety regulations. Provide regular updates to senior management on office setup progress and ongoing operations. Work Experience and Skills: Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role, ideally with experience setting up offices from scratch. Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Desirable Qualifications: Familiarity with the iGaming or sports betting industry. Experience working in international or multicultural teams. Knowledge of office management tools and software (e.g., G-Suite, Slack). Personal Qualities and Behavioural Traits: Highly organized and detail-oriented. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. Proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges. Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Strong initiative and ability to drive projects from start to finish. Will work closely with: Senior management and international teams. Local vendors and service providers. HR and recruitment teams for hiring and onboarding. Finance and administration teams for budget management. Important: This role will start as a remote position under a PJ contract. Once the São Paulo office is established, the role will transition to an on-site position under a CLT contract.
