Role: Data Visualization AnalystPosition Type: CLT Employee Contract (40 hrs/week) Contract Duration: Long Term Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri) Location: 100% Remote Who We're Looking For We're seeking a creative and analytical Data Visualization Analyst who can turn complex datasets into clear, impactful visual stories that guide business decisions. If you thrive at the intersection of data, design, and storytelling — this role is for you. What You'll Do Design, build, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and visualizations that support key business and operational decisions. Use SQL to extract, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into intuitive, user-friendly visual solutions. Apply best practices in visualization design to ensure clarity, usability, and performance. Partner with data engineers and analysts to maintain data accuracy and consistency. Champion data storytelling and promote visualization standards across the team. What You Bring Proven experience with Tableau, supported by a strong portfolio of dashboards and visual analytics. Strong SQL skills for querying and data preparation. Solid grasp of data visualization design principles — layout, color theory, and user experience. Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. A collaborative mindset and passion for data-driven storytelling. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Visualization, Information Design, Business Analytics, or a related field.
