Position: Payroll Analyst Reports to: Payroll Manager Location: Guarapari - ES Purpose of the Position Responsible for controlling time sheets, managing employee admissions and dismissals, analyzing payroll, processing contract terminations and related charges, overseeing employee benefits, and preparing reports. Main Job Responsibilities Admission and dismissal of employees. Holiday Control. Control of medical certificates, paid leave. Monitoring of Labor Legislation and Collective Convention. Payroll analysis, charges and contract termination. Employment contract approvals. Control of the employees' time sheet. Elaboration of expense control reports and employee costs. Make Non-Po and PO payments. Health, Safety and Environment You have a duty to look after your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your actions at work . You will perform assigned duties and tasks safely, in accordance with instructions, and comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental rules, policies, procedures, regulations and codes of practice.
