Together, we’re working at the pace of change to improve patient lives with diagnostic tools that address the world’s biggest health challenges.  The FP&A Specialist for Latam (NLA/SLA/CO) for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for assisting with financial forecasting, budgeting, and analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. This position is part of the Finance located in Brazil and will be On-Site. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time. You will be a part of the Finance and report to the Finance Director Latam responsible for overseeing the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes (including Credit & Collection) as well as providing strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. If you thrive in having strong leadership skills, strong financial modeling skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication abilities and want to work to build a world-class FP&A organization—read on. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes. Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization. Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth. Monitor accounts receivable, identify overdue accounts, and proactively contact customers to ensure timely
