We have also expanded into Saudi Arabia, launching 5 cities in just 17 days and showcasing the speed of China. What You'll Do: Overall responsible for new merchant growth strategy. Collaborate closely with frontline teams and merchants to collect merchant and management requirements, and distill them into overall strategies, including operational workflows and product functionalities. Collaborate with relevant business teams to develop comprehensive product operation plans. Monitor merchant usage of products in daily operations, collaborate with multiple teams to drive continuous iteration of product features, conduct product function training and promotion, and ensure the achievement of business objectives for product effectiveness. Requirements: Experience in project management and strategy development. Familiarity with merchant-side operations of e-commerce platforms. Possesses excellent solution planning capabilities and has a basic understanding of B-end operational work. Demonstrates strong logical thinking skills and excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
