Specialist Agile RTE Consultant (SAFe Agile Certified) We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Release Train Engineer (RTE) to lead and coordinate cross-team efforts within a scaled Agile environment. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional who thrives in complex delivery ecosystems and is passionate about driving Agile excellence across multiple teams. Key Responsibilities Facilitate cross-team coordination and alignment across Agile Release Trains (ARTs) Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across the organization Support PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other SAFe ceremonies Identify and resolve impediments that hinder team progress Foster collaboration between Product Management, Engineering, and other stakeholders Requirements SAFe Agile certification is mandatory Proven experience as an RTE or similar Agile leadership role Deep understanding of SAFe Agile principles and practices Exceptional communication skills in English, both written and verbal Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-team environment Engagement Details Start Date: Immediate Initial Duration: 12 months Extension: Possible based on performance and fit
