What you'll do: Lead talent sourcing and talent mapping efforts for senior and specialized roles within the pharmaceutical industry, supporting one of our largest clients. Develop comprehensive talent insights and market intelligence to identify high-potential candidates and talent pools across Brazil and Latin America. Use innovative sourcing strategies and tools to build talent pipelines for critical positions. Collaborate closely with recruiting teams, hiring managers, and stakeholders to understand talent needs and provide strategic market insights. Maintain an up-to-date understanding of industry trends, competitor analysis, and talent landscape to inform sourcing strategies. Deliver high-quality candidate insights to support targeted recruitment campaigns and client decision-making processes. You'll be someone who can bring: Extensive experience in talent sourcing and talent mapping, preferably supporting senior or specialized roles within the pharmaceutical or related industries. Exceptional skills in market insights and talent research. Proven ability to identify and engage high-caliber talent across Brazil and Latin America. Strong understanding of the local talent landscape, industry trends, and talent pools for specialized roles. Excellent research, sourcing, and data analysis skills—expert in talent mapping tools and platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of providing strategic insights and influencing decision-makers. Fluency in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written. About you: You are a strategic thinker with a passion for talent insights and market intelligence. You are a proactive self-starter with a track record of delivering exceptional sourcing solutions. You excel at building trustworthy relationships with stakeholders and potential candidates at senior levels. You are adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning and innovation.
