São Paulo – SP | Presencial Buscamos DevOps Engineer(s) Pleno/Sênior para atuar presencialmente em São Paulo, integrando um time de tecnologia responsável por plataformas web e mobile de alta disponibilidade, segurança e escala . Você atuará de forma estratégica na automação, observabilidade, confiabilidade e evolução da infraestrutura , trabalhando lado a lado com times de desenvolvimento e negócio. Informações da vaga Nível: Pleno / Sênior Modelo: Presencial Contratação: PJ Responsabilidades Projetar, implementar e manter pipelines de CI/CD ; Automatizar provisionamento e configuração de infraestrutura ( Infrastructure as Code ); Gerenciar ambientes containerizados utilizando Docker e Kubernetes ; Garantir alta disponibilidade, escalabilidade e resiliência das aplicações; Implementar e evoluir práticas de observabilidade (logs, métricas e alertas) com Grafana e/ou similares ; Atuar ativamente na prevenção, análise e resolução de incidentes (post-mortem e melhoria contínua); Trabalhar com cloud AWS , otimizando custos, segurança e performance; Apoiar decisões de arquitetura , contribuindo com boas práticas DevOps e SRE; Garantir segurança nos pipelines, imagens, acessos e ambientes ( DevSecOps ); Atuar de forma colaborativa com os times de Backend , Mobile e Frontend ; Contribuir com a padronização de ambientes, versionamento e documentação técnica. Requisitos técnicos Experiência prática em ambientes DevOps para sistemas web e mobile; Domínio de CI/CD (Git CI, pipelines automatizados); Experiência sólida com: Docker e Docker Compose Kubernetes AWS PostgreSQL Spring Boot Ferramentas de observalidade Vivência com automação de builds, deploys e monitoramento. Diferenciais Experiência com Infrastructure as Code (ex: Terraform, CloudFormation); Prática com testes automatizados integrados aos pipelines ; Mentalidade orientada à confiabilidade, performance e segurança ; Capacidade analítica para identificação de riscos e gargalos ; Perfil colaborativo, com facilidade de comunicação técnica e com áreas de negócio; Boa escrita técnica e organização;
