Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Monday.com Expert to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Monday.com Expert, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing the Monday.com platform for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions using Monday.com. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments of internal needs and develop customized Monday.com solutions to meet their requirements - Implement and configure Monday.com based on internal specifications - Train staff on how to effectively use Monday.com and provide ongoing support - Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the Monday.com platform - Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates of Monday.com and provide recommendations for improvement - Collaborate with our team to develop best practices and processes for using Monday.com - Communicate effectively with clients and provide timely updates on project progress Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience working with Monday.com - Proven track record of successfully implementing Monday.com for clients - Strong understanding of project management principles - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Fluent in English and Portuguese (both written and spoken) Contract Details: - Freelance position, 20 hours per week (flexible schedule) - Remote work  - Competitive hourly rate based on experience and qualifications If you are a self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for technology and education, we would love to hear from you.
