Job Description: SAP Ariba SCC Solutions lead – Invoicing Focus Location: São Paulo, Brazil – Hybrid (3 days onsite per week) Duration: 6+ Months Start Date: Immediate Visa: Natural Citizens or Valid work Visa Overview We are seeking an experienced SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) Solutions lead with strong expertise in invoicing processes (upstream and downstream). The ideal candidate will lead solution design, configuration, and integration of Ariba SCC invoicing capabilities within a global procurement and supply chain transformation program. This role requires hands-on technical skills, deep process knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure seamless invoice management across buyers and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of Ariba SCC invoicing processes (upstream and downstream). Configure and support invoice collaboration scenarios including PO-based invoicing, non-PO invoicing, credit memos, and invoice reconciliation. Ability to Integrates with SAP S/4HANA, IBP, and ERP systems for execution-level collaboration Ensure compliance with Brazilian tax and invoicing regulations (Nota Fiscal) within Ariba SCC. Integrate Ariba SCC invoicing with SAP S/4HANA and ERP systems for end-to-end financial visibility. Collaborate with suppliers and buyers to streamline invoice submission, approval, and dispute resolution. Support supplier enablement and onboarding for invoicing processes. Develop functional specifications for enhancements, reports, and interfaces related to invoicing. Conduct workshops, training, and UAT sessions with business stakeholders. Provide ongoing support for invoice-related issues and process improvements. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of SAP Ariba experience, with at least 5+ years in Ariba SCC. Strong expertise in invoicing processes (upstream and downstream) within Ariba SCC. Hands-on experience with Brazilian invoicing compliance (Nota Fiscal). Proven track record of Ariba SCC integration with SAP S/4HANA or ECC. Experience in supplier collaboration scenarios (orders, deliveries, invoicing, payments). Strong understanding of procurement and supply chain processes. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
