We are looking for Technical Lead - Application Developer (Office 365/O365) who wants to learn and transform his career Responsibility: Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to understand business requirements and define technical solutions. Hand on experience in Share Point Online, Power Platform, SPFx development, MS Teams administration, Azure Administration Design, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions and architectures that meet business and project objectives. Develop technical specifications, architectural diagrams, and documentation to guide the implementation of systems Ensure that system components are well-architected, scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices and standards. Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, and propose solutions to address them. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, trends, and industry best practices. Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business goals. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior members of the development team. Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and cross-functional meetings. English advance/Fluent. What can you expect from us?
