Our Values:PERSISTENCE: We are determined to be the best at what we do.RESPECT: We value and respect our clients, players, and team members, promoting professionalism, integrity, and fairness.OWNERSHIP: We take ownership of our work and consistently deliver high-quality results.What Will You Be Doing: HR Operations and Compliance: Initially this position will be the sole HR role in Brazil but eventually this role will be responsible for building and leading a team in the day-to-day HR operational activities for the company, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations and industry best practices. Ensure smooth processes, effective and efficient communication with Operations and other departments. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance evaluations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding; Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with our company's goals and value; Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases Help guide and set up payroll processes working with internal teams / external providers. Employee Relations: Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Handle complex employee relations issues and investigations. Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Reporting & Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to management, identifying trends and recommending improvements Provide on request compensation analysis on various employees groups and build relevant business cases Manage the HR information system, ensuring all the data are updated and accurate What Makes You a Strong Candidate:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.15+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies.Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive starting net salary.Detailed company training to the highest standards.A friendly and supportive work culture.Tremendous growth opportunities within a large, fast-moving international company.Local de trabalho: São Paulo, SP Regime de contratação de tipo: Efetivo – CLT Jornada: Período Integral Nível hierárquico: Gerente VALORIZADO Tempo de experiência: Entre 5 e 10 anos
