Are you ready to take your career to the next level as a Product Strategist? In this exciting role, you will lead the development of CMDB solutions within the ServiceNow platform. Your primary responsibility will be to create and execute product strategies that align with our organizational goals. Main Responsibilities: Develop and implement product strategies for CMDB in line with business objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and enhance CMDB and its integrations Implement and manage the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Use Service Graph to visualize and manage service dependencies and configurations Oversee the Discovery process to ensure accurate and up-to-date data Analyze CMDB performance metrics and propose improvements Stay updated on trends and advancements in CMDB technologies and methodologies Act with defined indicators and deadlines Requirements: You must have advanced knowledge in CMDB with a focus on ServiceNow You should have a strong understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM) Knowledge of Service Graph and Discovery tools is required You need analytical and problem-solving skills Communication and collaboration skills with diverse teams are essential Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously is necessary Knowledge in IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Operations Management is an added advantage Relevant certifications in ServiceNow or CMDB-related areas are preferred At Stellantis, we believe in creating diverse and inclusive work environments where everyone can thrive.
