You’ll build custom applications, automate workflows, and integrate ServiceNow across enterprise environments. This is aclient-facing, hands-on development rolerequiring technical depth and clear communication.✅Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, configure, and maintainServiceNow applications(scoped & global) across multiple modules. Lead complex customizations usingscripting (Glide, JavaScript) and automation tools , including custom workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules. Architect and implementREST/SOAP integrations , leveraging Integration Hub, MID Servers, and ERP connectivity. Driveinstance upgrades, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices . Collaborate withUS-based clients and cross-functional teams , gathering requirements and delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Mentor junior developers and contribute totechnical solutioning and architecture decisions .
