Collaboration with creative and marketing teams will be essential to align visuals, copy, and targeting with campaign objectives. You'll stay up to date with platform changes, advertising trends, and emerging digital tools. Who Texonica Alliance Is Looking For You are a performance marketer with one to three years of experience managing paid social campaigns. You have hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools. A strong understanding of audience segmentation, ad testing, and conversion tracking is essential. You balance analytical thinking with creativity, thrive in a collaborative setting, and bring a proactive mindset to every project.
