About the RoleWe’re looking for aSenior Product Designer (UX/UI)who excels at turning complex problems into intuitive, meaningful digital experiences. In this role, you’ll join one of our U.S.-based partner teams as an embedded designer, creating high-impact products for well-known brands across industries such as healthcare, finance, insurance, and enterprise digital platforms.You should be a creative thinker with a user-centered mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments. This role requires end-to-end design capabilities — from research and strategy through wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI. Who We’re Looking ForA designer who:Thinks strategically and designs with intention Empathizes deeply with users and advocates for their needs Thrives in rapid, collaborative environments Communicates clearly and confidently in English Has experience working with large brands or complex digital products Brings a portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking and refined UI execution Qualifications & ExperienceRequired:7+ years of experienceas a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar Strong portfoliowith UX case studies (research, flows, prototypes, UI) English C1/C2— excellent communication & presentation skills Expertise inFigma(design systems, prototyping, components) Experience conducting research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies Ability to define user flows, IA, and navigation for web/mobile products Experience contributing to or maintaining design systems Ability to work independently and collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Experience of tokenization Experience with system designBonus (Nice to Have): Experience with HTML / CSS / JavaScript (not required) Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.x) Experience designing dashboards, apps, or multi-platform interfaces Understanding of SEO, content strategy, analytics Experience working within agile environmentsResponsibilitiesConduct user research (interviews, usability tests, surveys) to uncover behaviors, needs, and pain points Analyze research findings and turn them into actionable insights Create personas, journey maps, user flows, and IA Design wireframes and interactive prototypes (low → high fidelity) Collaborate with product managers, clients, and developers to define scope and goals Lead ideation workshops and contribute innovative product ideas Present design decisions with clarity and rationale Iterate based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and engineering teams Maintain design consistency through design systems and UI libraries Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices Contribute to continuous improvement of design processesWhat We OfferCompetitiveUSD contract rate Work on high-impact digital products with established U.S. companies PTO
