Agile People Operations (PO) InternsWe're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our team as Agile People Operations Interns. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and People Operations while working with a dynamic team.Role & Responsibilities• People Operations & HR/ Employer Branding• Recruitment and facilitation of onboarding new hires• Research on modern practices of Talent Management/HR• Build content and reports based on the research and have debrief sessions with the leadership team• In-house (Internal) implementation of new processes & practices• Build the Culturelligence brand on their respective social media platforms by engaging in social media marketing practices• Cross-collaborate with other team members from different function(s) to extend operations support and work on diverse projects• Work very closely with the leadership team to extend support in any other activities/projects important for company growth and successQualifications and Requirements:• Proficiency in English• Currently pursuing a BBA, MBA, or Master's degree in HR or a related field, or recently graduated with a keen interest in HR/People Operations• Strong interest in Agile PeopleOps and HR practices• Students who have graduated and want to build skills in Agile PeopleOps / Agile HRWhat We Offer:• Based on your performance, you might get an opportunity to become certified in Agile PeopleOps Framework™.• Training on Kanban tools to map workflow processes• An opportunity to participate in Career Coaching Conversations with our leaders/mentors/career coaches followed by an open invitation to continue your participation in quarterly career conversations post internship.• Internship completion certificate, LinkedIn endorsements, and recommendationsInternship Details/ perks:• Duration: 3 months volunteer (Unpaid)• Remote/virtual (work from home), and flexible work arrangementHow to Apply:Kindly click to apply if you're interested in this opportunity.
