Descrição Our client is looking for a highly capable SAP Finance Applications Lead to act as a key partner to the North America Finance organization. This role will lead the design, enhancement, and support of SAP FI/CO solutions aligned with global templates, while effectively addressing business needs in the US, Canada, and Mexico. This is a critical and strategic role for professionals who thrive in multinational environments , value stakeholder collaboration, and bring deep knowledge of financial processes and SAP ERP technologies. What You’ll Do Lead the relationship with Finance stakeholders across North America (US, Canada, and Mexico) to understand operational needs and transform them into efficient IT solutions. Own and guide the SAP FI/CO functional roadmap , ensuring alignment with global standards and delivering regional enhancements. Facilitate workshops, blueprint sessions, and process design discussions to define and deliver new implementations or continuous improvements. Ensure system stability by actively managing incident response, root cause analysis, and preventative maintenance in collaboration with IT support teams. Document business requirements and lead the validation, testing, and deployment of changes or new financial solutions. Drive knowledge sharing by preparing user documentation, training materials, and supporting user adoption activities. Actively contribute to leadership meetings and project updates, highlighting achievements, risks, and improvement opportunities. Promote innovation by identifying creative workarounds and suggesting new technologies or practices to better serve the Finance function. What We’re Looking For You are a trusted SAP Finance specialist who can work cross-functionally with regional business teams and global IT, translating complexity into clarity and enabling process excellence through technology. You operate with a strong sense of ownership, thrive in multicultural settings, and are comfortable managing ambiguity and changing priorities. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields. Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in SAP Finance (FI/CO) within large or mid-sized organizations. Strong functional knowledge in SAP ECC Finance modules , including GL, AR, AP, Banking, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, COPA, and Tax configuration. Experience with stakeholder management and functional leadership across regions. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or collaboratively in hybrid/remote team environments. Strong documentation and communication skills in English. Preferred Qualifications Cross-functional exposure to SAP SD and MM modules . Previous experience with Finance process automation or improvements in manufacturing or industrial sectors . Familiarity with agile methodologies and hybrid project delivery models. Spanish fluency is a plus.
