The ideal candidate will assist with system configuration, data management, and reporting, contributing to the overall effectiveness of our LMS operations.Key Responsibilities:· Assist in the administration and configuration of SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Learning Management. · Have a Consultative approach towards LMS Management by providing improvement ideas and suggestions · Support data entry, data management, and data integrity within the SuccessFactors system. · Generate standard and ad-hoc reports to analyze LMS metrics and support decision-making. · Collaborate with LMS team members to streamline processes and improve user experience within the system. · Participate in user training sessions and provide support to end-users as needed. · Help troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with IT or SuccessFactors support for resolution.Qualifications:· Basic understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, with experience in one or more modules preferred. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Familiarity with LMS processes and practices is a plus. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.Education:· Bachelor’s degree in any stream, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience: · Previous experience in LMS or LMSIS support is a plus, but not required. Work Environment: · This position may be remote or in-office, depending on company policy.
