Learn more about it THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Tax Compliance & Risk Sr. Manager to our Global Tax & Treasury team in Brazil The Global Tax & Treasury team is looking for a Senior Tax Manager to work with Tax Compliance, Controversy and Risk Management for all countries of operation (Latam, Europe, US). This person will be the main point of contact with local tax advisors (BPO) responsible for ensuring timely and accurate filing of tax returns and tax payments worldwide, as well as developing dashboard and scorecards to be shared with senior management. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in tax compliance, along with strong project management skills. They should be able to lead and monitor the performance of various tax tasks across regions, ensuring everything is completed accurately and on time, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements Responsibilities: Oversee timely and accurate filing of tax returns and payments  Act as the main contact for local tax advisors to ensure compliance with tax regulations. Manage tax risks, audits, and disputes, providing strategic solutions to resolve issues. Develop dashboards to track tax performance and share insights with senior management. Lead tax compliance projects, coordinating teams and ensuring timely delivery of objectives. Monitor and improve tax processes across regions, enhancing efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate with internal teams and advisors to align tax strategies with organizational goals. Stay updated on global tax regulations and implement process improvements for continuous compliance. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business-related discipline preferred Solid knowledge in taxation, with a 7+ years of experience in the tax area Solid experience with Brazilian tax. Knowledge of taxes from other countries is a plus. Experience in dealing with various teams tracking multiple deliverables  Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent technical writing skills Keen interest in and ability to grasp tax laws of other countries Ability to work independently and as part of a team Advanced/Fluent English it's a requirement WHAT WE OFFER YOU We're a wellness company that is committed to the health and wellbeing of our employees.
