We are dedicated to transforming ideas into impactful products that resonate in the market.Job Responsibilities:- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design requirements.- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using Figma.- Develop user-centered design solutions that align with business goals and enhance user experience.- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in product design.- Mentor junior designers and contribute to design guidelines and standards.- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders effectively.Required Qualifications:- 2-3 years of experience for Intermediate roles or 5+ years for Senior roles in product design.- Proficiency in Figma and experience with user-centered design methodologies.- Strong skills in prototyping and wireframing.- Excellent visual design capabilities and attention to detail.- Intermediate to fluent English proficiency for effective communication.Preferred Qualifications:- A Master's degree or relevant certifications in design or a related field.- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing methodologies.- Familiarity with front-end development and understanding of technical constraints.
